Chippers

CIP.6 Series

The CIP.6 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 6 mobile S-shaped hammers which reduce the material into chips.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips.
Owing to its wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.6 line is the best solution for garden or small parks maintenance.
Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.8 Series

The CIP.8 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 6 mobile S-shaped hammers which reduce the material into chips.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips.
Owing to its wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.8 line is the best solution for gardens or small parks maintenance.
A 1500mm discharge pipe could be provided (Code MUSO000002).
Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C.Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.10 Series

The CIP.10 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 10 mobile S-shaped hammers which further reduce the material into chips.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips.
Due to the pneumatic wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.10 line is the best solution for professionals and lumberjacks involved in garden, park or undergrowth maintenance.
For the CIP.10 line, F.B.C. paid special attention to design, high-performance and solidity of the machines, providing front and rear bearing units for a better balanced flywheel and faster access to maintenance.
A 1500mm discharge pipe (Code MUSO000006) or a 1750mm rotating discharge pipe (Code MUSO000001) could be provided. Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.15 Series

Tractor driven chipper (minimum power 45Hp) with power transmission belts and pulleys to the flywheel.
The CIP.15.PF is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning and trunks are shredded into chips by two adjustable blades (5 -15 mm) and a counter blade.
Two horizontal hydraulic rollers pull the material into the machine. The NoStress system with reverse rotation provides three operation modes: branches, branches and leaves, trunks.
Ejection of machine output on trailers is improved by the 270° rotating discharge pipe placed at 2,6 meter from the ground.
The 1 meter wide hopper, only 60 cm from the ground for an easy loading of the machine, can be folded for transportation and storage.
The hydraulic cylinder on the top roller provides the necessary power for processing even robust branch forks, saving time by not having to cut them previously.
The CIP.15.PF is the best solution for professionals and lumberjacks who need to rapidly dispose of great amounts of pruning resulting from garden, parks or undergrowth maintenance. The resulting output may be used for composting.
For the CIP.15.PF, F.B.C. paid special attention to design, high-performance and solidity of the machines, providing front and rear bearing units for a better balanced flywheel and faster maintenance access.
Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.16 Series

Tractor driven chipper (minimum power 45Hp) and power transmission belts and pulleys to the flywheel.
The CIP.16.PF is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning and trunks are shredded into chips by two adjustable blades (5 -15 mm) and two counter blades.
Ejection of machine output on trailers is improved by the 270° rotating discharge pipe placed at 2,4 meter from the ground.
The 79,5 cm wide hopper, only 80 cm from the ground for an easy loading of the machine, can be folded for transportation and storage.
The CIP.16.PF is the best solution for professionals and lumberjacks involved in garden, parks or undergrowth maintenance and for those who require wood chips for stoves and heating systems.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves for domestic use as well as in industrial biomass systems.
For the CIP.16.PF, F.B.C. paid special attention to design, high-performance and solidity of the machines, providing front and rear bearing units for a better balanced flywheel and faster maintenance access.
Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.18 Series

Tractor driven chipper (minimum power 45Hp) with power transmission belts and pulleys to the flywheel.
The CIP.18.PF is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning and trunks are shredded into chips by two adjustable blades (5 -15 mm) and two counter blades.
Two vertical hydraulic rollers pull the material into the machine. The NoStress system with reverse rotation provides three operation modes: branches, branches and leaves, trunks.
Ejection of machine output on trailers is improved by the 270° rotating discharge pipe placed at 2,7 meter from the ground. The 1 meter wide hopper, only 60 cm from the ground for an easy loading of the machine, can be folded for transportation and storage.
The chipping unit is bent according to a specific angle for improved cutting of the trunks.
This feature provides lower power consumption and smaller size of the machine which can fit 2 meter wide tractors.
The CIP.18.PF is the best solution for professionals and lumberjacks involved in garden, parks or undergrowth maintenance and for those who require wood chips for stoves and heating systems. The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves for domestic use as well as in industrial biomass systems. For the CIP.18.PF, F.B.C. paid special attention to design, high-performance and solidity of the machines, providing front and rear bearing units for a better balanced flywheel and faster maintenance access.
