Bio-shredders and Chippers

BIO Series

The BIO line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by two blades and a counter blade followed by 6 mobile hammers which reduce the material into chips.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips.
Owing to its wheels and displacement handle, the BIO line is the best solution for garden or small parks maintenance.
Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.6 Series

The CIP.6 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 4 mobile S-shaped hammers which reduce the material into chips.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips.
Owing to its wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.6 line is the best solution for garden or small parks maintenance.
Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.8 Series

The CIP.8 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 6 mobile S-shaped hammers which reduce the material into chips.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips.
Owing to its wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.8 line is the best solution for gardens or small parks maintenance.
A 1500mm discharge pipe could be provided (Code MUSO000002).
Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C.Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

CIP.10 Series

The CIP.10 line is provided with a single loading hopper. Fresh pruning is firstly shredded by a blade and a L-shaped counter blade followed by 10 mobile S-shaped hammers which further reduce the material into chips.
The resulting output may be used for composting, mulching or in wood-burning stoves fuelled with wood chips.
Due to the pneumatic wheels (where provided) and displacement handle, the CIP.10 line is the best solution for professionals and lumberjacks involved in garden, park or undergrowth maintenance.
For the CIP.10 line, F.B.C. paid special attention to design, high-performance and solidity of the machines, providing front and rear bearing units for a better balanced flywheel and faster access to maintenance.
A 1500mm discharge pipe (Code MUSO000006) or a 1750mm rotating discharge pipe (Code MUSO000001) could be provided. Due to the robust steel structure responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.

BIO.10 Series

BIO.10 is equipped with three reversible blades and a counter blade in order to quickly shred garden waste such as twigs and branches from pruning.
The wide drum allows for processing of even robust branch forks, saving time by not having to cut them previously., while wings provide a better air flow for
the disposal and output of wet garden waste and leaves. Studies regarding cutting angles result in the optimisation of fuel consuption in the combustion
engine version of the BIO.10 and ensure the auto infeed process. Also a hydraulic roller version is available, provided with Nostress system with reverse
funcion and three operation modes: branches, branches and leaves or trunks. The 270° rotating discharge pipe is 1.9 m high in order to easily eject the
output directly into trailers. The 70cm wide hopper is placed at only 1 metre from the ground making the loading process even easier, moreover it can be
closed for transportation and to reduce storage space. The BIO.10 is the best solution for professionals and lumberjacks who need to rapidly dispose of
great amounts of pruning resulting from garden, parks or undergrowth maintenance. The resulting output may be used for composting. For the BIO.10,
F.B.C. paid special attention to compact design, high-performance, solidity and safer and faster access for maintenance.Due to the robust steel structure
responding to the CE safety requirements, F.B.C. Chippers are reliable and very easy to operate even for the most demanding users.
